This headboard comes split in 2 pieces as standard this is to ensure it goes up your stairways for easy access into your bedroom! It bolts together from the back and the lines are invisible but will be covered with your mattress. The split headboard will not affect the design as seen in the images.

Once your mattress is delivered, it's important to let it air out for at least three hours. This helps to get rid of any storage smells. And don't forget to give your mattress some weekly airing by removing the bed linen. It's also a good idea to regularly turn your mattress to prevent dips and maintain even sleeping.
