Delivery
Delivery costs are non refundable for any reason. While we will do our best to accommodate any delivery requirements and dates, Boro Beds & Furniture Limited cannot guarantee that these requests or requirements will be met. Special requirements and any delivery restrictions should be stated at the checkout in the notes section or you should inform a member of staff at Boro Beds & Furniture Limited as soon as you place your order. In the unlikely event of damage being caused to your property by the delivery team, Boro Beds & Furniture Limited will not accept responsibility for any damages or expenses.
We shall not be liable for any loss, economic or loss of profit or otherwise, arising directly or indirectly from any delay in the delivery of the goods.
Please note that adverse weather conditions may delay your delivery.
If you miss your delivery date/time for any reason and we are forced to rearrange delivery, there may be a charge of £60 to cover the cost.
Boro Beds & furniture Limited offer a two-man delivery service, this service does come at a chargeable fee of £70, however this is a non-profitable charge and is applied to all orders. the customer who decides not to go for this service you must check the bed yourself for any damages or faults at the time of delivery before signing the Delivery Note. Boro Beds & Furniture Limited cannot accept responsibility for any damages reported after the delivery team has left.
We will require one weeks notice to rearrange a planned delivery.
